Very good,I find some of those much more interesting ans original then the final ones which were used in the film. And I still think that the new born alien at the end should have more transparent skin then he ended up having in the film.

Yes, I agree with Denys. There’s some lovely design work
which doesn’t make it to the final film. I also love the transparent skin and depth shown here. Often, I’m more impressed with the Art in pre production than in the movies.

amazing work. i wish most of these had been used in the final movie. some of this makes my skin crawl which is something the movie didn’t for the most part. some of the trilobite designs are some of the best concept work i have ever seen. brill stuff : )

Technically amazing and beautiful, but as a tie to the Alien Universe, NO..The ONLY person who should have been designing this is the Original Author, HR Gigir

Very nice. But that’s it I’m afraid. I don’t get a chill running down my spine like I do with Giger’s original. It’s just very average concept art nothing special. Sorry.

These are all designs for the additional creatures in the movie. It looks like Ridley was not interested in this stuff & only really developed the engineers, the main creature of the film. I loved the look of them, very original idea to have them look like Greek gods. This stuff is just stock monster stuff. Seen it all before.
