Carmen Chow is a matte painter and concept artist currently working at ImageMovers Digital located in Novato, California. Since graduating from the Academy of Art University, Carmen has worked with art directors to create concept and matte paintings for feature animations including A Christmas Carol and Mars Needs Moms.
